Upcoming special issue: Nanoscale surface modifications for biomedical engineering purposes
Experimental papers and reviews welcome
Recent research demonstrates that cells respond strongly to nanoscale stimuli in various forms. Such nanoscale modifications can have substantial effects on the integration of implants, resistance to infection for biomedical devices, regenerative capacity of engineered tissues, etc.
This special issue will focus on reviews and research papers that cover the use of nanotechnology and nanoscale signals in regenerative medicine, implantology, biosensor, biomedical devices and biomaterial development.
Nano Reviews is indexed in PubMed Central.
