Presenting a paper at FALF 2016? Society, Health & Vulnerability invites you to develop your presentation into a full paper and submit it to SHV. Papers resulting from this call will be published together as a special issue.
The theme of FALF 2016 is Inclusive and Sustainable Working Life. Sweden’s system, like that of other Scandinavian countries’, has long been recognized by many as a model of positive work life. However, contemporary Swedish society and work life here are characterized by gaps that are both socioeconomic and geographic in nature. This inclusive work life is increasingly challenged by competition between people, regions, companies and organizations. What factors contribute to a secure work life? What factors serve as detractors?
SHV editors will consider papers on a diverse range of themes related to theoretical, methodological and empirical perspectives which broaden our understanding of the forces that shape modern working life.
Papers should not exceed 7000 words. Please submit your work via the journal’s website.
Authors specifically invited by the guest editors are exempt from the article processing fee.
October 15, 2016 for full articles.
